Sometimes beans and rice can be nice


Ingredients

  • 1 cup long grain rice
  • 1/2 cup crushed tomato
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 1/2 jalepeno
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3/4 cup water

Directions

  1. Blend everything but rice
  2. In a skillet, toast rice
  3. Add mixture, bring to a boil, reduce to simmer
  4. Cover, cook 15 minutes, let sit 10 minutes.  Fluff with fork
