Crema Ingredients & Directions
- 2 parts sour cream
- 1 part mayo
- lime juice (half a lime if 3 parts = 3/4 cup)
- Salt
- Mix
Ingredients
- 1 lb talapia or similar
- milk
- wondra
- chili powder
- corn tortillas
- radish
- green cabbage
- cojita
- limes
- salsa
Directions
- Cut fish into sticks about 1/2 inch thick
- Coat fish in milk, let sit in fridge 20-30 minutes
- Heat canola oil in a skillet, depth 1/4 inch
- Mix wondra with chili powder and salt. Place on a plate
- Dredge fish in wondra
- Fry in batches
- Warm tortillas
- Serve with radishes, cabbage, cheese, salsa and lime wedges
