1 | Portion the cod into 4 equally sized pieces. |
2 | Season cod with salt and pepper |
3 | Melt butter in sauce pan on low |
4 | Put crushed crackers, chives, parsley, onion powder, and garlic in bowl. Toss to combine. |
4 | Arrange cod fillets bottom side up on skillet |
5 | Spoon melted butter over fillets, flip, spoon butter over other side |
6 | Pour remaining butter over cracker mixture, mix well. |
7 | Pile cracker mixture over fillets. |
8 | Place skillet in oven, cook for ~14 minutes |
9 | Evac, squeeze lemon juice over the top, rest 5 minutes |
