My children are obsessed with McConnell’s Chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate Ice Cream. With good reason, it’s good. But then one day, they were out of it at the store, and let’s just say that didn’t down so well amongst the 6 year old set. Luckly, I thought quick on my feet and said kids let’s do one better, let’s make Chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate Oreo Ice Cream. A smile came over their faces, peace came to my ears, and I went to the cookie aisle.
The end result was amazing for any age, 6 or 100, Deeply chocolatey, satisfyingly rich, bitter chocolate married with the perfect amount of sweetness, and some oreo goodness taboot. Deliciousness Maximized.
Makes 1 qt, takes 3 days and 2 nights. Worth it.
