Serves n – scale as needed. You could make some mayo-garlicy business as a dip to take this to the next level.

|2 tbs||canola oil||1.5 lbs||large shrimp, peeled, deveined|
|kosher salt||3-4 links||andouille sausage|
|1||grill sausage 8-10 minutes|
|2||meanwhile, season shrimp with salt|
|3||whisk paprika with canola oil and brush mixture onto shrimp|
|4||evac sausage from grill|
|5||slice sausage into shrimp thick pieces|
|6||thread 1 shrimp onto a skewer through the top, then sausage, repeat till all shrimp are used|
|7||grill skewers ~2 minutes per side|
