Breakfast salad. Healthy (it’s salad after all,) delicious (it has bacon after all,) awesomeness. Sunny side up eggs, leave plenty of yolky goodness to take this from nicely dressed frisee to maximal deliciousness. Add in bacon, and the bitter spicy bite of radish and you’ve got a perfect breakfast.

3 | evac bacon when crisp, and drain on paper towels |
4 | whisk lemon juice, zest, shallots, garlic, evoo, and a big pinch of salt |
5 | taste dressing, adjust seasoning |
6 | toss frisee, radish, bacon with dressing, plate |
6 | wipe frying pan clean |
7 | add a couple tbs of canola oil to pan |
8 | fry eggs |
9 | top salad with eggs |
10 | add fresh cracked pepper |
11 | serve and eart |
