Time to unboring your broccoli.
Inspired by that random stuff that needed to be used in the crisper: radishes from some salad, broccoli from some vague thought of eating healthy. So what to do? combine them into a side! Result? Success!

| 1 head | broccoli florets | 1 tbs | olive oil |
| 1 bunch | radishes, sliced | 3 tbs | butter |
| 1 small | shallot, sliced | big pinch | kosher salt |
| 1 clove | garlic, minced | a couple twists | ground pepper |
| 1/2 lemon | juice | 1/4 cup | toasted, sliced almonds |

| Step | Action |
| 1 | In saute pan and olive oil over medium high heat, sear broccoli and radishes for 2-3 minutes |
| 2 | Once broccoli starts to take on a little color, add in shallots, garlic and butter, cook 1-2 minutes more |
| 3 | Evac to bowl. Toss with lemon juice, salt, pepper |
| 4 | Plate, topping with toasted almonds |
