1 tbs brown sugar Veggies
1 tsp chili powder 1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 tsp mustard powder 1/2 cup diced green pepper
1 dash worcestershire sauce 2 cloves minced garlic
3/4 cup water
2-4 tbs canola oil

Directions
Step Action
1 In saute pan and a little oil over medium high heat, brown beef, evac to bowl when done
2 When beef is done, evac to bowl straining off fat. discard fat
3 Reduce heat to medium low, add a little oil, and cook onions and green peppers with a two finger pinch of kosher salt.
4 Cook for 4-6 minutes, then add garlic
5 Cook for 1-2 minutes, then add tomato paste
6 Cook for 1-2 minutes, then add spices, ketchup, and water
7 Whisk to combine, heat on high to bring to temp
8 Add ground beef, reduce heat to low
9 Cook 10-15 minutes
10 Serve on potato rolls
