Rib Rub #1

Time to rub some ribs!

It’s texan in as much as there is pepper and no brown sugar.  It’s not texan in as much as there is more than salt and pepper. Go ahead texans. Debate.

I like to use this with ribs that get sauced on the grill. Delicious!

Mise en Place
2 tbs kosher salt 1 tbs ground pepper
1 tbs granulated garlic 1 tbs hot paprika
1 tbs ground cumin 1 tsp ground coriander

Step Action
1 Mix well.
