Sometimes a steak needs a sauce. This is one of those times
Ingredients
- 2 beef filets
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 2 tbs butter
- 1 tbs minced shallot
- 1 tsp dijon
- 1 tsp worcestershire
- 1/2 cup cream
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- chives
Directions
- Flatten steaks to 1 inch. Salt + Pepper
- Cook steaks to done (3 mins a side) in 1tbs butter + evoo
- Wipe pan clean
- 1 tbs butter, cook shallots
- Add mustard, worester, cream, pan juices
- Add lemon and salt
- Serve sauce over steaks with chives on top
