Simple sauce makes your fish delicious.  Use this with any white (seabass) or pink (salmon) fish.  It would probably suck with tuna.


Ingredients

  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 1 tbs capers
  • 1 tbs minced shallot
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • juice of half a lemon, zest of the whole thing
  • salt

Directions

  1. Take her for a spin.
  2. Thin with more olive oil
  3. Serve over or under or alongside fish
