Parsley Caper Sauce for Fish

Simple sauce makes your fish delicious.  Use this with any white (seabass) or pink (salmon) fish.  It would probably suck with tuna.


Mise en Place
1 handful parsley, washed 1 tbs capers
1 small shallot, roughly chopped 1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil 1 lemon juice of half, zest of whole
1 big pinch kosher salt A few grinds black pepper

Equipment
1 mason jar
1 stick blender

Directions
Step Action
1 Put everything in the mason jar
2 Blend with the stick
3 Thin if needed with more oil, adjust salt
4 Use as sauce for fish
