| Step | Action |
| 1 | steam cauliflower till fork tender ~14 minutes |
| 2 | meanwhile, over low heat, combine cream and butter in sauce pan and let butter melt |
| 3 | evac cauliflower to bowl |
| 4 | 3/4ths of the butter and cream mixture, plus all of the salt and pepper |
| 5 | hit it with the stick blender, if it is too thick for your liking, add more butter and cream |
| 6 | taste and adjust salt |
| 7 | serve with your favorite protein |
