Small tomatoes, stuffed with crab salad. One maximally delicious bite. These are a great party snack.

Serves 12, scales easily

STAPLES HERBS
6 hazelnuts, crushed 1/2 tsp parsley, finely minced
1/2 tsp whole grain mustard VEGGIES
2 tbs mayo 12 cherry tomatoes
1 tsp olive oil SEAFOOD
1 tsp sherry vinegar 3 oz crab meat
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp white pepper

Equipment
1 small skillet

Directions
Step Action
1 slice top of tomates off, and scoop out innards with a small spoon
2 toast hazelnuts in skillet
3 whisk together mayo, mustard, olive oil, parsley, vinegar, salt, pepper, and hazelnuts
4 fold in crab
5 stuff crab into tomatoes
6 serve and eat
