Small tomatoes, stuffed with crab salad. One maximally delicious bite. These are a great party snack.

1 | slice top of tomates off, and scoop out innards with a small spoon |
2 | toast hazelnuts in skillet |
3 | whisk together mayo, mustard, olive oil, parsley, vinegar, salt, pepper, and hazelnuts |
4 | fold in crab |
5 | stuff crab into tomatoes |
6 | serve and eat |
