The Family Salad

The perfect house salad. Tangy creamy dressing, crisp lettuce, mix of veggies, crunchy croutons. What more could you ask for from a humble salad?

You can put any veggies in here really. Carrots are nice. Green beans wouldn’t suck. Radishes rock if you want to replace the onions.

This will serve 2 for a big portion and 4 for a small portion. It’s easy to scale up to party size too, just multiply.
