Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp table salt

Instructions

  1. Zap for 2 minutes in microwave, stir
  2. Zap for 1:30 more, stir, take temp – if 165+ evac
  3. Stir 10 seconds
  4. Drain 20 minutes in cheese cloth lined colander over a bowl (longer for firmer)
