| Step | Action |
| 1 | In saute pan and a little oil over medium high heat, brown beef, evac to bowl when done |
| 2 | When beef is done, evac to bowl straining off fat. discard fat |
| 3 | Reduce heat to medium low, add a little oil, and cook onions and green peppers with a two finger pinch of kosher salt. |
| 4 | Cook for 4-6 minutes, then add garlic |
| 5 | Cook for 1-2 minutes, then add tomato paste |
| 6 | Cook for 1-2 minutes, then add spices, ketchup, and water |
| 7 | Whisk to combine, heat on high to bring to temp |
| 8 | Add ground beef, reduce heat to low |
| 9 | Cook 10-15 minutes |
| 10 | Serve on potato rolls |
