  1. Cut fish into sticks about 1/2 inch thick
  2. Coat fish in milk, let sit in fridge 20-30 minutes
  3. Heat canola oil in a skillet, depth 1/4 inch
  4. Mix wondra with chili powder and salt.  Place on a plate
  5. Dredge fish in wondra
  6. Fry in batches
  7. Warm tortillas
  8. Serve with radishes, cabbage, cheese, salsa and lime wedges
