Cheater marinade – delicious tacos. I like my tacos to be bundles of delicious meats with little distraction. You may feel differently and if you do, then add more stuff.
Steak Marinade
Ingredients
- Juice and zest of three limes
- 2 tbs of chili powder
- Canola oil
- 6 crushed garlic cloves
- 2 tbs salt
Tacos
Ingredients
- Skirt or flank steak
- Cojita
- Sliced radishes
- Corn tortillas
Directions
- Combine marinade ingredients. Marinade steak for at least an hour
- Sear off steak, slice against the grain
- Heat the tacos
- Taco it up with steak, a crumble of cheese, and a few slices of radish
