| 1 | In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, powder, salt, and soda |
| 2 | In a separate bowl, crack egg, and beat lightly |
| 3 | Add eggs and buttermilk to dry ingredients, and mix till it just comes together |
| 4 | Spray griddle with oil, and using a measuring device, pour batter on to the griddle to create pancakes |
