Not so Dirty Rice

To really make dirty rice, add chicken livers.  But this is dirty enough for rock n’ roll

Ingredients

• 2 hot italian sausages, taken out of the casing
• 1/4 cup green pepper, diced
• 1/2 cup onion, diced
• 1/4 cup celery, diced
• 1 clove garlic, minced fine
• 2 cups cooked rice
• 2 tbs parsley, minced fine
• Franks hot sauce
• Salt and pepper

Directions

1. In some oil, brown sausage
2. Evac
3. Turn down heat, take out some oil if you need to, and cook trinity (the veggies) till soft
4. Take off heat, fold in sausage and rice
5. Adjust salt
6. Add Franks till it reaches desired level of spicy-ness.
