- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp table salt
Instructions
- Zap for 2 minutes in microwave, stir
- Zap for 1:30 more, stir, take temp – if 165+ evac
- Stir 10 seconds
- Drain 20 minutes in cheese cloth lined colander over a bowl (longer for firmer)
